Agané by Danilo De Marco

Agané font family is a humanist sans inspired by Frutiger, Avenir, and Noorda. It was designed as a tribute to type designer Adrian Frutiger, and includes 7 styles:
- 4 weights (45 Light, 55 Roman, 65 Bold, 75 Extra Bold)
- 3 styles designed for signage (55 Roman S, 65 Bold S, 75 Extra Bold S). These styles are optimized for wayfinding signage, and they are easier to read for a moving user
Terminals optimized for signage
The inclinations in the terminals were designed in order to optimize the legibility from different reading perspectives.
These design variations were developed taking into account the position and perspective of the signage, and also the position of the viewer while reading.
Aganè S
Aganè S has modified heights of ascenders and descenders for b, d, f, g, h i, k, l, p, q, t, and y.
